CANCELLATION/ RESCHEDULING POLICY
- Please kindly note that our cancellation / rescheduling policy requires at least 24 hours notice in advance.
- You will be required to provide valid credit card information that will be kept with your client record, should repeat cancellations or no-shows occur.
- We reserve the right to charge a $50 fee for last-minute cancellations/reschedules to the credit card on file to any customer who cancels or reschedules less than 24 hours before their appointment time. This is non-refundable. If you book within 24 hours of your appointment, this means cancellations or reschedules are not permitted. We understand that emergencies come up but we can not allow any exceptions.
- We will text at least 24 hours in advance to confirm your appointment. If you don't confirm, we will assume you do not intend to show up for your appointment.
- LATE POLICY-
- Our grace period is 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, you may be considered late and your appointment may be cancelled and subject to the above-described cancellation fee.
